Employee Education
This program fulfills the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Comp. requirements for employee education. This training incorporates awareness of the dangers
of substance abuse in the workplace including:
* A review of commonly abused drugs in the workplace
* Drug Testing
* Consequences of drug use on employee safety

Supervisor Education
This program fulfills the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Comp requirements for supervisor initial education. This training provides information necessary to ensure your company acts within legal limits when working with employees that may be under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. Training includes:
* How to properly document behaviors that demonstrate an alcohol/drug problem.
* Initiate reasonable suspicion
* Post-accident testing

DFSP Train-the-Trainer Course
Step up and take charge—get certified to train your team in Ohio’s Drug-Free Safety Program (DFSP) and lead with confidence.
This 6-hour comprehensive Train-the-Trainer course is designed to equip trainers with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver Drug-Free Workplace training that complies with the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) standards.The course is divided into two sections:

Employee Training (3 hours): Covers the essential information employees need to understand the Drug-Free Workplace policies, the impact of substance use, and the support available to promote a safe and drug-free work environment.

Supervisor Training (3 hours): Focuses on the supervisor’s role in enforcing the Drug-Free Workplace policy, recognizing the signs of substance abuse, and understanding the protocols for addressing substance-related incidents in the workplace.
By the end of this course, participants will be fully prepared to lead DFSP training sessions within their organization, ensuring compliance with Ohio BWC regulations while fostering a safe and productive workplace.
