Ascent Safety Solutions, a division of The Matrix Companies, focuses on preventing injuries before they happen. At the request of our clients, we have added this service to provide an even greater impact on reducing risk in the workplace.
Ascent partners with employers to create a strong safety culture. This process begins with safety trending analysis and recommendations addressing on-going safety evaluations, writing and implementing safety policies and procedures, and OSHA training. Ascent also provides credentialed safety professionals for staffing projects nationwide.
The end goal is zero workplace injuries and complete OSHA compliance for all Ascent clients.

HealthCare Friends was founded by Marsha Bell in October of 2001. It is an organization devoted to facilitating networking opportunities for health care professionals in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. It has been a success from the very beginning. Since there were no other networking groups of its kind, membership grew rapidly. Today there are over 150 members representing over 100 health care organizations and businesses who now have the opportunity to better promote their companies and themselves. In addition, a number of members are from outside health care but serve the health care segment. Health care industry members include retirement communities, independent living facilities, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, rehab organizations, home health care agencies, physician groups, hospitals, hospices, and others. Non health care members serving the health care industry include, but are not limited to, financial advisors, insurance companies, equipment companies, and publishers.
